Terms of service

Last updated: March 30, 2026

These Terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CoreAI(the “Service”) provided by the Service operator (“we,” or “us”). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

1. The Service

We provide the Service as described in your order, agreement, or invitation from your organization. Features may change over time. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential;
  • Use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms;
  • Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or others’ data;
  • Not use the Service to build unlawful, harmful, or infringing content or applications.

Your organization may impose additional policies. You are responsible for content you submit and for ensuring you have rights to use any data you provide to the Service.

3. AI-generated output

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating results before relying on them, especially in high-risk contexts. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, and branding. Subject to these Terms and your agreement with us or your organization, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the term of your access.

As between you and the Service operator, you retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide and improve the Service, consistent with your organization’s agreement and our Privacy policy.

5. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools or models. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to enable.

6. Confidentiality and data

Handling of data is described in our Privacy policy and, where applicable, a data processing agreement or enterprise contract. You will not disclose non-public information about the Service that we mark as confidential without permission, except as required by law.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER THE SERVICE OPERATOR NOR ITS SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify the Service operator and its affiliates, officers, and employees against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, subject to any caps or carve-outs in your enterprise agreement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law or contract. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws designated in your master agreement with the Service operator, or if none is stated, by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes may require additional notice under your agreement or law. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.
